Note on applicability. MediPal Limited is a private software supplier, not a public sector body, and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us directly. This statement is published voluntarily, following the same model used by public sector accessibility statements, because meeting this standard is expected practice for digital products used in the NHS and adult social care system.

This service is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard.
MediPal Limited is committed to making its service accessible. This service was tested against all applicable WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria on 7 September 2026, using automated testing (axe DevTools) and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver screen reader verification, browser zoom to 200% and 400%, text spacing adjustment, and touch target sizing. All 22 applicable success criteria were tested and pass, verified against the live, deployed service.
