Design partner programme

Help us build the safety net your practice actually needs

We're working with a small number of GP practices before general release — shaping MediPal around real consultations, not assumptions about them.

We're not taking general subscriptions yet

MediPal is pre-launch. Rather than sell to everyone before we've proven it in practice, we're onboarding a small group of design-partner practices first. If you'd like to be one of them, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.

What you get

Going first should come with something in return

Preferential pricing, locked in

Design partners get terms that reflect the risk of going early — and keep them when we move to general pricing.

Direct access to the founders

You talk to the people building it. No support queue, no account manager relaying messages.

Real influence on the roadmap

What frustrates you in week one is what we're fixing in week two. Design partners set priorities.

Full platform from day one

All four engines, complete audit trail, QOF dashboard. Nothing held back for a higher tier.

Hands-on onboarding

We set it up with you, configure it around how your practice actually works, and stay close afterwards.

No lock-in

If MediPal isn't earning its place in your consultations, you can stop. We'd rather know than keep you.

What we ask

What being a design partner actually involves

We'd rather be clear about the commitment up front than have it come as a surprise later.

01

Use it in real consultations

Not a sandbox or a demo day. MediPal only proves itself when it's running in genuine appointments under genuine time pressure.

02

Tell us when it gets it wrong

A flag that fires when it shouldn't is as important to us as one that catches something. Blunt feedback is the whole point.

03

A short check-in every couple of weeks

Fifteen or twenty minutes with one of us. Enough to catch what's working and what isn't while it's still fresh.

04

Work with us on information governance

We'll handle the heavy lifting — DPIA, data processing agreement, DTAC and clinical safety documentation — but we'll need a named contact at your practice to sign things off.

How it works

From first email to live in your practice

Step one

You get in touch

Send us your practice name, size, and why you're interested. We reply within a couple of working days.

Step two

A short call

Twenty minutes to walk through the product, answer your questions, and work out whether it's a fit both ways.

Step three

Governance and setup

We complete the DPIA, data processing agreement, and clinical safety documentation with your practice, then configure MediPal around your setup.

Step four

Live, with us alongside you

You start using it in real consultations. We stay close for the first few weeks and fix what needs fixing.

Is this you?

Design partnership suits some practices more than others

We'd rather say this plainly than waste your time on a call that was never going to work.

A good fit if

  • You're comfortable using software that's still being shaped
  • Someone at the practice will give honest, specific feedback
  • Missed red flags and QOF gaps are a live concern for you
  • You can commit to using it in real consultations, not just trialling it once

Probably not yet if

  • You need a fully finished, fully certified product today
  • You want to evaluate it without using it in real appointments
  • Nobody at the practice has time for a short check-in every fortnight
  • You're looking for a formulary-wide interaction checker — that's not what MediPal is

Apply to join as a design partner

Tell us about your practice and we'll come back to you directly. No forms to chase, no sales sequence.
