This policy covers medipal-ai.co.uk and how we handle the personal data of people who visit our website, contact us, or apply for investment or employment opportunities.
This is separate from our Privacy Notice for patients, which covers clinical consultation data processed through the MediPal product. If you are a patient whose GP uses MediPal, that notice applies to you instead.

If you contact us through our website, by email, or through a third-party form (such as an investor or partnership enquiry), we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.
We do not require you to create an account or provide any information to simply browse our website.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, whether that relates to our product, a potential partnership, investment, or employment. We do not use it for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relevant relationship or enquiry, and in line with our general Records Management Policy. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal or legitimate business reason to retain it, we will do so.
We use trusted service providers to run our website and communications (including hosting and email delivery providers). We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not use cookies on this website, and we do not use analytics or tracking software of any kind. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our website stores nothing on your device and embeds no content from other companies, including fonts, so opening a page does not send your IP address to a third party.
The MediPal application, which clinicians sign in to, stores three items in the browser's local storage so a session can be maintained. Our Cookie Policy sets those out in full.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
